Evanescence are releasing an expanded deluxe edition of their seminal 2006 album The Open Door to celebrate its 20th anniversary.
Arriving via Craft Recordings on November 6, the deluxe edition boasts four new tracks, including the fan favourite rarities If You Don’t Mind, Together Again and The Last Song I’m Waiting On You, as well as a demo version of the single Good Enough.
“The Open Door was such an important time for me, pushing boundaries and feeding my desire to experiment and grow. I wanted to connect on a deeper level, and fought for a future for the music I loved. It was beyond worth it,” says vocalist Amy Lee. “The fact that it resonates with so many people 20 years later means so much to me.”
The announcement follows Evanescence’s shows in the UK earlier this month, which also saw them debut End Of You live with Poppy and Spiritbox’s Courtney LaPlante for the first time.
