“St Tropez” Makes a Huge 10-Place Leap to No. 14 as Kim Kay Continues Her International Comeback

LONDON / BRUSSELS — September 2026 — Belgian pop icon Kim Kay is making serious noise on the UK club scene as her latest single, “St Tropez,” rockets to No. 14 on Music Week’s Upfront Club Top 30, marking another major milestone in the singer’s return to the international pop and dance music spotlight.

The new chart, for Chart Week 39, shows “St Tropez” jumping an impressive 10 positions — from No. 24 to No. 14 — in only its third week on the chart. Music Week Club Charts 28-9-26

That puts Kim Kay in striking company on a chart packed with internationally recognized dance and pop names, including Sonny Fodera & Becky Hill, Sister Sledge, Studio Killers, Josh Baker & Poppy Baskcomb, Deep Dish, Barry Can’t Swim and Fragma. Music Week Club Charts 28-9-26

KIM KAY IS CLIMBING — FAST

The trajectory of “St Tropez” may be just as exciting as the position itself.

Rather than simply appearing on the chart, the single is moving sharply upward, climbing ten places in a single week and breaking into the Top 15 of Music Week’s Upfront Club chart.

For an artist already well known to European pop audiences, the performance represents an important new chapter — one that places Kim Kay squarely back in the conversation surrounding contemporary club and dance music.

Released through Belgian Bed, “St Tropez” combines Kim Kay’s unmistakable pop personality with the energy and escapism that have long made her music connect with audiences. Music Week lists the track at No. 14, up from No. 24, with three weeks on the Upfront Club Top 30. Music Week Club Charts 28-9-26

FROM BELGIAN POP STAR TO A NEW INTERNATIONAL CHAPTER

Kim Kay has never been an artist who simply disappears into the background.

Her distinctive voice, personality and larger-than-life pop presence helped establish her as one of Belgium’s recognizable pop performers, and “St Tropez” shows that her story is still being written.

Now, with the single gaining traction among DJs and moving rapidly up one of the UK music industry’s established club charts, a new audience is getting the chance to discover Kim Kay.

And the numbers are moving in the right direction.

No. 24 to No. 14. Ten positions in one week. Top 15.

For “St Tropez,” the party may only be getting started.

ABOUT THE MUSIC WEEK CLUB CHARTS

The chart appears in Music Week’s Chart Week 39 Club Charts, alongside the Commercial Pop Top 30, Black Music Top 20 and Cool Cuts Top 20. The published page notes that the Cool Cuts chart is compiled from club and radio DJ feedback and data collected from music-related sources; the page separately lists Kim Kay’s “St Tropez” at No. 14 on the Upfront Club Top 30. Music Week Club Charts 28-9-26
