From Rotterdam to Malmö: Afrohamtreats us with the new single‘Planes Don’t Crash,’ featuring Swedish rapperAidintiy. It’s the latest step in a steady run of releases from Afroham, peeking back on ‘Portrait of Self’ with Texan rapper Dominick Giovanni and ‘Coconut Water’ with long time collaborator and singer GINGE.

In ‘Planes Don’t Crash,’ Afroham’s signature blend of neo-soul textures, and understated hip hop drums creates a reflective backdrop for Aidintiy’s introspective bars. His delivery is relaxed yet precise, weaving between thoughts with a quiet confidence.

A mainstay in the Chillhop world both as an artist and working behind the scenes, Afroham announced himself to a wider audience with his debut EPQuantum Love(MPM, 2023). The standout single “About You,” his first collaboration with Dutch singer GINGE, set the tone: Equal parts neo-soul and hip hop, therecordfound its people and stuck.

Aidinity is a Malmö based rapper, singer, and songwriter with a sharp, playful delivery and a reputation for freestyling. He moves fluidly between English and Swedish, and has built a steady presence across the southern Swedish and Copenhagen underground hip hop scenes.
