Liri Dais, based in Sevenoaks, England, has recently delivered a striking return with the new offering “Counting Hours”.

The alternative rock track is the kind that will have you gripped with its moody intro, that warm guitar, that emotive vocal hook right from the off. Not in a bad way, but this reminds me of peak Nickelback. As in, it’s got strong vocals, a perfect drop before the rip-roaring verse comes in, and it’s all wrapped up with this stunning production.
The song was actually originally written 25 years ago and has since been transformed, thanks to some AI tweaks, to give it that crisp edge. This is a great example of the good use of AI within music. It brings to life tracks that would otherwise have been lost to time. It helps to create something that you can mosh to for hours on end, with your mates in a field. Even if it’s soaking wet, you’ll be vibing hard to this, trust me.
