Based out of London, UK, singer-songwriter Fiona Amaka is back with an absolute gem. “Justified” is the new track, and it is full of wonder. Fiona is at her best to date, with the opening sequence featuring a dreamy guitar tone and some twanging guitars that would invite any indie rock fan to sit down for the full duration.

The track also has this subtle Americana feel, with some sliding guitars that you would potentially hear in country tracks, and all the while wrapped around her emotive vocals.
On the first play of this track, I honestly had to sit down and just close my eyes. It is an absolute dreamy alt-rock song which is laced with delightful moments throughout.
I can’t help but praise Fiona for those high guitar notes that just jangle away in the background. It reminded me of the kind of music I listened to in my late teens. This is an out-and-out alt-rock song with plenty of potential. Be sure to give this track a play as soon as you can.
