Cape Town, South Africa artist ANACY is back with her new single, “Good Luck To Her”. The bold new pop-rock track is a classic example of the kind of thrilling music you would have heard on UK radio during the early 2010s. It feels as though she is channelling that era’s energy perfectly, and it sounds like a winning formula.

… avibrant pop-rock anthem bursting with early-2010s energy, huge hooks, and undeniable charm.

This is not the first time we have featured her on the website, and it is certainly one of the most upbeat tracks we have heard from her so far. If you are a fan of Sigrid, Holly Humberstone, and girl in red, then this new offering from ANACY will be right up your street.

It is thrilling and upbeat, with sensational vocals and polished production that elevates every layer of instrumentation. The backing vocals in particular do a fantastic job of lifting the atmosphere even further.

I was genuinely blown away on the first listen, and even though the track runs for just three minutes, I felt fully immersed in her sound by the end of it. I will definitely be revisiting her music after this, and I encourage anyone reading to do the same. She has plenty of fantastic songs already out there and is undoubtedly a shining light within the Cape Town music scene.
