Polish atmospheric stoner and post-metal unit Sunsucker have officially released their crushing new single, “Heart”. The track serves as a visceral entry point into the band’s distinctive blend of hypnotic textures and raw emotional heavy music, and it is available now on all major digital platforms.

The single was captured at WeM Studios, with the engineering, mixing, and mastering handled by Marek Kubik. Musically, “Heart” leans heavily into a deeply immersive post-stoner metal landscape. The band masterfully reject modern metal trends, opting instead to translate vulnerable psychological states into expansive, haunting soundscapes built upon a foundation of driving rhythms and thick sonic density.

Formed in May 2024, the Polish outfit have quickly built a reputation for treating their music more like a raw psychological ritual than a simple performance. By merging sharp, piercing vocals with earth-shaking bass lines, electronic textures, and dissonant guitar arrangements, the band aim to forge a confrontational space focused on personal transformation. Their material deliberately forces listeners through a shared passage of shadow and light, prioritizing absolute truth over easy sonic escapism.

While the studio version of “Heart” offers plenty of atmospheric depth, Sunsucker’s most iconic and cathartic moments are known to manifest during their live sets. We always love tracking underground European metal releases that prioritize cinematic depth and urgency, and this track positions the band as an exciting name to watch in the contemporary post-metal underground. Fans can stream the track on Spotify or purchase the single directly through the group’s Bandcamp portal.
